Case Dam specializes in product liability, asbestos litigation, toxic torts, serious injury and wrongful death cases.  Since joining The Ferraro Law Firm, he has actively participated in complex civil actions against large pharmaceutical corporations and manufacturers of products containing asbestos.

Mr. Dam graduated from University of Miami's School of Law, cum laude, in 2004, and has since been admitted to practice law in Florida and Illinois.  While at the University of Miami, he served as vice president of the Law School's Honor Council, worked as a research assistant to the notable Professor Michael Froomkin, and was the recipient of two Dean's Achievement Awards.  Mr. Dam also earned his bachelor's degree in economics and finance, summa cum laude, from DePaul University in Chicago. 

Case is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
