Kristyna Burkova is an attorney in Miami, Florida working as an associate with the litigation team at The Ferraro Law Firm.

Ms. Burkova attended the Masaryk University, Faculty of Law in the Czech Republic and earned her Master of Law degree in 2015. She then continued her legal studies at the University of Miami, School of Law. In 2016 she earned an LL.M. in international law and in 2018 she graduated the J.D. program. She was awarded two CALI awards for best ranking student in Legal Communication and Writing Skills classes. Ms. Burkova also successfully completed the University of Miami Litigation Skills Program.

During her time at the University of Miami, Ms. Burkova served as a research assistant to prof. Caroline Bradley. She was a summer intern at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, assigned to help prosecute cases at the gang and gun violence unit. Since 2017 she worked as a law clerk to David A. Jagolinzer at The Ferraro Law Firm.

Ms. Burkova was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2019 and is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Tax and Trial Lawyer Sections as well as the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
