Case A. Dam's practice focuses in product liability, asbestos litigation, toxic torts, serious injury and wrongful death cases.

Mr. Dam graduated from University of Miami's School of Law, cum laude, in 2004, and has since been admitted to practice law in Florida and Illinois. While at the University of Miami, he served as vice president of the Law School's Honor Council, worked as a research assistant to the notable Professor Michael Froomkin, and was the recipient of two Dean's Achievement Awards. Mr. Dam also earned his bachelor's degree in economics and finance, summa cum laude, from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.

Since joining The Ferraro Law Firm, Mr. Dam has actively participated in complex civil actions against large corporations and manufacturers of products containing asbestos. In addition to his work at the trial level, Mr. Dam has also played a vital role in securing a number of victories for the Firm's clients at the appellate level. Such victories include: Baranek v. American Optical Corp., 941 So.2d 1214 (Fla. 4^th DCA 2006); Honeywell International, Inc. v. Parsons, 937 So.2d 1250 (Fla. 4^th DCA 2006); McConnell v. Mr. Dam is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
