Headshot of attorney David A Jagolinzer

It is with great sadness and regret that Ferraro Law announces the passing of shareholder and partner David A. Jagolinzer.

Mr. Jagolinzer was born in 1974 in Providence, Rhode Island where he grew up in Cranston with his parents and brother. He attended the University of Miami School of Law, graduating in 1999 with a Juris Doctor degree. His passion for Italy motivated him to learn and speak fluent Italian and he interned in Milan during law school before permanently calling Miami home.

He was a valued and respected litigator and helped establish Ferraro Law’s reputation for excellence and client-centric care through his avid focus on handling complex cases involving victims of mesothelioma and other catastrophic injuries. He truly cared about his work and treated each person in his professional network, both colleagues and clients, with compassion, fairness, and understanding.

“First and foremost, I think I’m a father, I’m a trial lawyer, I believe strongly in family and our values which allows us to develop a team of lawyers dedicated to representing people.” – David Jagolinzer

Mr. Jagolinzer was a valued speaker and educator, having taught many classes and seminars on areas of law, including asbestos litigation and product liability. Throughout his career, he successfully obtained hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients in trials and pre-trial settlements. His victories as an attorney earned him numerous accomplishments and accolades, including membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum®, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum®, inclusion in the Florida Super Lawyers® Rising Star™ list in 2011, and selection by the DBR as a 2008 finalist for Most Effective Lawyer in Product Liability Cases.

Mr. Jagolinzer was devoted to his family and friends. He lived in Miami with his wife and two daughters. He loved spending time and traveling with his parents and family. In his time away from the office, he could be found cooking, spending time at the beach, and devoting quality time to his wife and daughters. His love for his family was evident, and he cherished their time spent together.

Giving back to his community and organizations he worked with throughout his career as an attorney held a special place in his heart. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating in David’s honor to the following charities:
